SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION

Beginning Musical Theater Camp: ages 7-12

Our Beginning Musical Theater Camp is for any student who wants to have a fun filled week learning fun songs, dances, and scenes that will be put together for a final performance on the last day of camp. This is a perfect way to continue your love for theater and performing or try theater for the first time!

Each student will be given a solo, speaking line, or featured dance role for the final performance so everyone has a chance to shine on stage! We will also be discussing the importance of being part of an ensemble and how every part is important no matter how big or small the role is!

Intermediate Theater Camp for ages 10-15: (Students under 10 by approval only)

Our Intermediate Musical Theater Summer camp is for any student aged 10-15 who wants to have fun and be challenged. You should have a little experience in singing, dancing, or acting and willing to work hard to learn new skills. We will learn songs, dances, and scenes from a show and work towards a final showcase.

Each student will be given a solo, speaking line, or featured dance role for the final performance so everyone has a chance to shine on stage! Students will be expected to practice at home and memorize all material.

Advanced Musical Theater Camp for ages 10-15:

Our Advanced Musical Theater Camp is for any student aged 10-15. This camp is geared toward those who want to push themselves in their theater skills. We will be learning choreography that will be more challenging than our intermediate camp, songs focusing on how to harmonize, along with diving more deeply into character development with the characters we will be portraying.

Each student will get a solo, line or a featured dance role and will be expected to practice and memorize throughout the week at home. This camp will be more intense than the intermediate musical theater camp but we always aim to have fun while learning anything that is challenging!
